Through the process, this state naturally transforms our life issues. With her new “Wholeness Work” Connirae has again decoded the mystery of spiritual transformation, making it accessible to all of us. She is author of Core Transformation. and Coming to Wholeness: How to Awaken and Live with Ease.
Her Background: An NLP trainer and developer since the early days of NLP, Connirae has had a lasting impact on the field of transformation. She and partner Steve Andreas helped bring NLP into the mainstream through creating and publishing early books by the NLP developers, Frogs into Princes, Transformation, Reframing, and Using Your Brain. The Andreases are known for refining the original NLP methodologies and formats, making them easier to understand, plus more effective with a wider range of people.
Their book, Heart of the Mind: engaging your inner power to change with NLP, offers a clear introduction to the field, and their trainer materials (including the NLP Practitioner Training Trainer Manual) have influenced generations of NLP trainers worldwide. The Andreases were the first to develop structural Timeline work (published in their book, Change Your Mind—and Keep the Change). They also created simple methods for grief resolution, forgiveness, the Eye Movement Integration method, and more.
Other developments from Connirae include contributions to language patterns (Her Advanced Language Patterns audio series is well-loved), her “Natural Self-healing” method, and her parenting trainings (Positive Parenting audio and video programs). Her method, Aligning Perceptual Positions, helps bring clarity and resourcefulness to difficult relationships.
Her most significant methods, Core Transformation, and the Wholeness Work take transformation to a deeper level, offering specific ways to access what has often been considered spiritual experience. With these methods no spiritual beliefs are necessary, and the changes have practical, real-world results. These methods are the result of personal crises, which led her on a search for a reliable way to experience deeper healing. It is gratifying to use these methods to assist people previously trapped in a trauma response, to begin the process of healing.
She holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, and a PhD in Psychotherapy.
